I know it's a few months late but.

Gail started helping us from the first time we spoke with her.
She took a look at our home and made suggestions about small changes that would help sell the home quickly. She sent us comparable listings to help decide on an asking price. She put the Coming Soon sign up before the actual live list date, we already had multiple showings scheduled. We had contracts coming in on day 2.
